Who is Crown & Compass for?+
Ambitious men, primarily ages 18–30, who are building businesses, working independently, or taking their first entrepreneurial steps. We look for character, curiosity, and a genuine interest in contributing—not a particular income or job title.
What does membership include?+
The community is being built around member connections, private gatherings, shared travel, and opportunities to collaborate. The final program, event schedule, and membership benefits will be shared before anyone joins.
How much does it cost?+
Monthly and annual memberships are planned. Pricing is being finalized and will be shared before you make a commitment. The application asks about your investment comfort to help us understand prospective members; it is not a payment or a price quote.
Are trips included in the subscription?+
Don’t assume travel is included. Flights, accommodation, and individual experiences may carry separate costs. Inclusions and any additional costs will be clearly outlined before you book or join.
Do I need an established business?+
No. You might be growing a company, freelancing, or working on your first idea. What matters is that you’re taking action, willing to learn, and interested in other people’s growth as well as your own.
What happens after I apply?+
Your application is the first introduction. The next step will be a conversation with the founders, followed by an invitation if there is a mutual fit. Interview scheduling is coming soon. Applying does not commit you to a membership.
